    Do your shirts ever go on backorder?

    We try to keep all of our products in stock but may sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size or design or product. We will usually get the product back in stock within two weeks. If your order contains one or more products that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the products are in stock.

    How can I make a change to my order?
    If you would like to change something on your order, please e-mail us at orders@ioushirts.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we may be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number, the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

    Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

    Some email providers may mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. Adding us to your address book is the best way to ensure that you will receive emails from us. If you do not receive your order confirmation check your spam folder or emailorders@ioushirts.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

    What name will appear on my credit card bill?

    The name on your credit card bill will be ioushirts.com, or HOOK PRODUCTIONS, LLC.  Hook Productions LLC is the legal name of our company.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express check or money order.  Orders paid for by check or money orders will ship upon check receipt.  PLEASE NOTE: We do not store customer credit card information.

    Returns

    If we shipped you the wrong shirt or a shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at orders@ioushirts.com with your order number and specific issue, and we will send you a return label and replacement right away.

    What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

    We ship via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail.

    Flat shipping fee: $5.95

    Customers requiring an express or international ship service may emailsupport@ioushirts.com for a shipping quote.

    How fast will my order ship out?

    Most in stock orders will ship out on the same day or within one business day of the order being placed.
    If there are any unexpected delays of your order an ioushirts.com representative will alert you via email.

    What is your privacy policy?

    Our customers’ privacy is our number one priority. We will NEVER under any circumstances rent, sell or give out your personal information including billing information, e-mail address, phone numbers, etc.
